A Pierre Cardin business card and pen gift from Yuxiu Industrial Company, LTD. in its original presentation box.  The business card has a certificate for the gold leaf work stating it is a 999.9 pure gold foil design.  The card holder is metal and holds standard sized cards.  The pen is gold color with a fish scale style engraving all around it.  The ink is dried up so it does NOT write, but it is easy to replace.  These pieces appear to not have been used but there may be some storage wear.  Although I am not certain of the year, the presentation box has age fading so this set is older.
