This is a mini USB room or desktop humidifier. It has a switch underneath for water sounds and birds chirping. There is also lights in the center that changes color. Also comes with what looks like an aroma diffuser absorbent white tube, see photo. I think that's what it is but I am not certain. It doesn't say anything about it anywhere but that piece came in the box. I got this item from a conference that I attended.
