This is a cute tiny plant pot holder depicting a tricycle! It is made of rusty metal and measures: just over 12" long X 11" high X 5 1/4" side to side. The actual pot holder part is small--just 4 3/4" diameter at its top so it will have to be for a pot less than that diameter.
CONDITION: Vintage and used cond., all rusty, has a few small dents here and there.
