Listing as like new. It looks to be sticker sealed as both the stickers on top and bottom don’t look like they were removed.

I did get another big box pc game like this and I opened it and the contents were new / unused.

Box shows some wear, and there is a rip along the top.

All that said I don’t actually know if this is new / unused or not or if they only ever came shrink wrap sealed
