This listing is for an elegant antique dresser top box. It is heavy clear cut glass in a geometric star pattern, slightly opaque near the top due to age. The lid is finely shaped/engraved metal, silver plated. When I got it, the lid was so heavily tarnished it was coal-black (see last photo). I soaked it in lime juice and gave it a gentle polish before taking most of the photos -- some patina remains, but the side is a lovely soft silver color. The underside has a yellowish tint, suggesting the metal underneath the silver plate could be brass.

Measurements: 4" in diameter, 3.25" tall, weighs 15 ounces.

Condition: Antique condition as shown in photos. Good condition for its age.
