Nice vintage napkin dispenser, constructed of chrome with plastic inserts that are spring-loaded. All 4 rubber feet are present. No pitting or oxidation to really speak of, nor are there any dents or dings.  Very minor marks may be present, but I did not attempt a cleaning if this vintage item.  Works perfectly as intended.  Please see pics for further description and condition.
