2 kings, 2 queens - king is just at 3" tall
there are also many sets with 2.25" kings - so please check your king height -these are 3" tall
the pieces may or may not have felt attached. Some of the pieces I get have white felts, some black felts and some no felts. the white felts do tend to discolor.
