This Maquet 1002.03A0 Radiolucent Horseshoe Head Rest Surgical OR Table Attachment is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. There is little to no sign of previous use and it works perfect. All adjustments are working the splines are like new. According to the Maquet catalog this device will fit directly on the Magnus model table but will require additional accessories for use on other model tables. The catalog reads "May only be used on the OR table mounting point in conjunction with other accessories".

Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with minimal sign of previous use and no damage. All adjustments are working properly and the connector splines are like new. The gel pads are not leaking.
