This is an Ertl diecast 1926 Seagrave Fire Truck bank.  It is marked Six County Fireman's Association of Pennsylvania Convention.  The 6 counties are Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northumberland, Montour and Schuylkill.  It is dated 1991 and is mint in box with the certificate of authenticity.
