It's quite Common to Find have Jerseys Multiple Signed,  but Not so Common to find in any Book more than one Signature ~

No Writing anywhere

No loose or missing pages

All lettering and illustrations are crisp and clear

EXCELLENT Binding

Some age related wear/marks,  but mostly exterior. Appears some Paper residue stuck to back. Has affected some of the Top edges, top spine and mostly @ back ( but all this is exterior)

Doesn't appear to affect the interior,  example No pages stuck,  discoloured or any Watermarks. ( also may add that the paper at the back could probably be removed as removed some of it by hand,  but left as probably someone may know a better way to remove it).

In my opinion,  considering its age,  good as Book nice and Solid,  Binding EXCELLENT,  No other Writing,  No Folded or creased Pages, All Lettering and illustrations clear.
