This is a 2023 Hot Wheels '88 Honda CR-X in satin blue with a wheel error.  Rear wheel should be yellow.  #148/250.

Condition is mint on a near-mint card.  No cracks or dents in the blister.  Please see photos and judge for yourself.  This item is new (not pre-owned) and has been carefully stored in a smoke, light and dust free environment since new.  Has never been displayed.
