Purchased by me, I can no longer wear the height since my knee replacement. 

Labeled an EU 6.5 /US  6.5, it is my personal opinion that they run true to size, but maybe can be worn by a 7. When I purchased them I wore a Manolo 6.5 but can still fit into them even though no I wear a Manolo 7 in heels.

It is incumbent upon the buyer to know their size in Manolo Blahnik.
