This is Hurtado Brothers & Their Royal Marimba Band playing Marimba Music.  Columbia Set C-71. Of two versions put out, one in 1941 and one in 1946, this is the 1941 version with 3 lines of copyright information on the record labels.  THE RECORDS LOOK NEVER PLAYED! and they were even placed in exact order, C 71-1 to C 71-8, in the sleeves.  I'll grade them NM.  The album has moderate corner and edge wear, particularly on the bottom edges and corners but is very clean and solid.  Overall, A RARE EXAMPLE OF LATIN JAZZ MUSIC CA 1941 ON SHELLAC!
