You are looking at a Barbie 1973 townhouse. There is one broken part that I am aware of. It is one of the pink floors that a corner has fallen off. There is a picture. Two of the round columns are missing along with 5 square columns. The directions do not match as there is a elevator shaft in the parts but not in the directions. There are no clips or connectors either. The cardboard backgrounds have some wrinkles but are whole. I do not sell many of these so if you are not familiar with these please check the pictures. The box is whole with a little tape. The pictures should show details and condition. B/ujm56
