This approximately 100-year-old ledger measures 10x8 and is about 275 pages long. Some of the pages have been torn out- see photos.
There is no obvious indication what business this ledger is from. Some of its customers were department stores, such as G. Fox and Sage Allen, and other customers were pharmacies. Some of the items sold were saddles, spoon holders and stroppers. The businesses were from all over Connecticut and some from Western Massachusetts. There are also individual client names.
The book has some scuffing and the binding is a little loose. The hand written date inside the ledger says 1926, but the dating of the ledger is a little older.
