Recipe: Spicy Northern Thai Pork with Tomato (Nam Prik Ong)
- Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil in a pan, 200 g of ground pork and the content of this packet. Stir-well until cooked.
- Add ½ cup (120 ml) of water. Stir and heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve with coriander leaves, cucumber, cabbage or fresh vegetables as desired.
