Recipe: Kaeng Panang

  1. Heat the Skillet and add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk and content of this packet together.
  2. Add 250 g sliced beef or chicken and stir-fry until done. 
  3. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water and bring to a boil. (For tastier and creamier curry, substitute water by coconut milk or milk)
  4. Add fish sauce to taste. Bring to a boil until cooked and remove from heat.
  5. Garnish with sliced kaffir lime leaves and red chili. Ready to serve.
