Penn Peeler from Penn Electric Corp.1950's Used to remove plastic insulation on Conductor Wires so a Splice could be Tapped

Paperwork is Dated 1958 - Please See All Photos

Has 4 Different Cutting Blades - All in Original Case - What looks to be Bakelite - Case has some scratches

Case has Original working Latch attached with Slotted Screws and is marked USA Excelsior Stamford, Conn

 

Case measures 9 3/4" x 9 1/2" x 3" Deep

Tool measures 9" Long x 4" Wide - Cutting Blades are 2 3/4" Wide
