[Wide applications] Low-voltage safety, high power-efficiency, low noise at normal work and supporting long-time continuous reliable running. Pump cannot be self-priming, and it is important to make sure that there exists no dry run (especially for long time). Avoid impurities in the pumping systems.

[Dry Run Protection] DRY-RUN PROTECTION feature is integrated on the pump design now in default. Pump works at rated voltage: When there exists insufficient in-flow or no in-flow (or significant air bubble within), pump's DRY-RUN protection will be triggered: Pump will access stop-run-stop-run-stop-run--- cycle, greatly reducing rotation in this context. When in-flow comes sufficiently again, pump will then re-access normal run performance. This DRY-RUN protection is aimed to significantly reduce physical damage of pump from long time DRY RUN in some scenarios. Otherwise, pump could be conveniently dead due to long-time DRY RUN.

This is a new pump product of our company, with higher power efficiency if compared with our DC50 series.

(No power supply is included: If power supply is AC/DC power adapter, output capacity of adapter should be 12VDC, >= 5A.)

Speed Adjustable function supported:

a. Pump supports being adjusted through rotating potentiometer knob of pump. Through rotating this knob, pump's 

power and flow can be smoothly and continuously adjusted within range of 0 ~ Max value pump can reach.

b. Pump also supports being adjusted by external 0~5V Analog signal. When in need, wield off potentiometer knob 

connection and inject corresponding signals to interface ports. Please pay attention on this, as it will change the pump's original status.

c. As to PWM adjustable version, it will have to be specially customized based on MOQ and lead time. It is NOT offered on item link, but only after detailed talk.

Cautions - some notes you must pay attention before your purchase!

1, as micro brushless dc pump, it works via electronic commutation while not brush friction, so there exists no loss caused by brush friction. Pump works with relatively high efficiency. stator part is completely potted inside pump body with epoxy material and control circuit part is potted inside control box, completely physically separated from external fluid environment and completely waterproof.

2, Pump supports continuous long time work with relatively low noise at normal working environment.land use or submersible installation can be both OK, but it cannot be self-priming, just make sure that fluid can actively flow passing through inlet/outlet because pump works via centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of impeller inside (push/throw fluid out). No long-time dry work without fluid, or it may damage the pump.

3, Pump adopts soft-start mechanism and its start-up current increases gradually (step by step), so there exist no over-high start up current and is suitable for many stable power supply. Note that the max voltage of power supply is advised to be below 14VDC (For model with 12 VDC as rated voltage) when in application.

4, Control box should be located OUT of water at work.

Pump can be suitable for high temperature fluid circulation application: note that when temperature is over 60C, the control box of pump is advised to be located in normal temperature environment for stability & reliability of electronics components inside control box, while pump body itself is of course OK to be located at high temperature fluid environment.

5, about power polarity: For DC head connector, Inner is Positive, Outer is Negative. Matching DC power supply. DIRECT AC POWER CONNECTION is PROHIBITED!

6, to avoid possible misunderstanding of relevant parameters, here we also say something about flow rate value & max static lift value of pump products: 

For static lift value, it means the max vertical height of flow column when outlet is connected with external matching hose/tube, when pump works at rated voltage.

For max flow rate value, it means the max flow rate of pump at horizontal level, when pump works at rated voltage. The higher the height, the lower the flow; when height reaches lift value, flow rate becomes zero.

Note that lift value and spraying/shooting height of pump are completely different. So dear users, please do not be confused by them.

Meanwhile, certain deviation of around +-10% is advised to be left when in relevant applications, to leave enough margin.

7, No direct AC power connection, No DRY WORK! Please pay attention. When users get the pump, it’s recommended that submersible test can be done in advance; then install in relevant applications.

As to control box of pump, strictly speaking, it’s not recommended to be located in the water; if really have have to, waterproof tape must be firmly wrapped in advance. Of course, Off water is most recommended for location of control box part of pump.
