This is a unique piece and great conversation starter. Adam and Eve being expelled from the garden of Eden. Depicts God (or an Angel) showing them the way out, Adam holding the forbidden fruit and Eve standing next to him. At the bottom we can see maybe a Lion (perhaps depicting the animal God sacrificed to clothe them after their sin).
The piece measures: 14"H x 3.5"W x7"L and weighs almost 5 lbs.

In 1974, Adam Wydra made his first attempts at sculpting and made colourful, polychrome group sculptures, bas-reliefs and single figures with sacred and secular themes related to rural life. He willingly participated in plein-airs and sculpture competitions, and his works can be found in the collections of museums in Warsaw, Krakow, Lublin, Łuków and Wola Gułowska, as well as in many collections abroad. In 1985 he received the Stanisław Wyspiański Youth Artistic Award from the Council of Ministers, and in 2011 the Gold Cross of Merit.
