with the preservation of the original publishing soft covers under the binding. Fine condition: the pages block
is a copy of the collector of Petrov from his notes and additions to the catalog made by a simple pencil,
there is no first sheet (the beginning of the introductory article), several places are subject to paper tape;
cover - pollution and scuffs; sSmall defects, traces of time (see pictures).
Федор Григорьевич Чучин (1883 - 1942) - участник революционного движения, партийный и советский деятель,
инициатор и один из первых организаторов советской филателии.
В 1921 году был назначен Уполномоченным Центральной Комиссии помощи голодающим при ВЦИК
(ЦК Помгол) по филателии и бонам в СССР. В том же году В. И. Ленин утвердил проект введения государственной
монополии на филателию и направление полученных средств на ликвидацию неграмотности.
В 1926 году Чучин возглавил Советскую филателистическую ассоциацию. По его инициативе и под его редакцией
в 1923-1928 годах был издан ряд каталогов почтовых марок, цельных вещей и бон. При составлении каталогов
были использованы официальные документы, архивные материалы и вся известная
специальная литература.
Каталог иллюстрирован репродукциями бон. Помимо прочего, в каталоге обозначена ценность каждой.
Сопровождается вступительной статьей.
Fedor Chuchin (1883 - 1942) - participant in the revolutionary movement, party and Soviet figure, initiator
and one of the first organizers of Soviet philatelia.
In 1921 he was appointed authorized by the Central Commission for Assistance to the Hunger under the All -Russian
Central Executive Committee (Pomgol Central Committee) in Philatelia and Bona in the USSR. In the same year,
V. I. Lenin approved the project of introducing a state monopoly on philateli and the direction of funds received to
eliminate illiteracy. In 1926, Chuchin headed the Soviet philatelic association. On his initiative and under
his editorship in 1923-1928 a number of catalogs of postage stamps, whole things were published for years and bons.
When compiling catalogs, official documents, archival materials and all the well -known were used special literature.
The catalog is illustrated by reproductions bons. Among other things,
the value of each is indicated
in the catalog. It is accompanied by an introductory article.
