American hand crafted British style head cabinet for a JCM 900 chassis . Cabinet is 29-1/8" wide x 12-1/4" tall x 8-1/4" deep. Your chassis must be 26-3/4" wide including wings x 2-1/2" tall x 6-3/4" deep . Front chassis cutout is 26" x 2-3/8".The rear panel will have a vent in the middle and not as shown in the provided photos .

Please read this disclosure prior to buying note :  it is very important and your responsibility to let me know how you will be finishing this cabinet so I can make the proper gap allowances for tolex covering , piping and grill fabric , so I can make this cabinet user friendly to the type of finishing touches you plan in doing to it . Please note : The rear panel will have a vent in the middle and not as shown in the provided photos . This cabinet will need further sanding and prep work prior to a natural finish .

1. Upper vent cut out at the back panel is 18"x 3" . This is where you will attach your gold metal grill fabric . Buyer to provide the fabric .

2. Connectors cut out at back panel is all the way accross the bottom as per photos provided 

3. Hardware: # 8 oval head zinc plated wood screws with finish washers

4. Decorative washers at back panel

5. Strongest half blind dove tail glued corner joints 

6. Marshall style routered corners at the front and square at the back , refer to photos 
 
7. You will receive a cabinet sanded to 220 grit .

8. Buyer is responsible for drilling chassis mounting holes to attach his chassis to this cabinet 

I take a lot of pride in every cabinet I build . I do not have all the big overhead that these big companys have , thus I pass the savings on to you . All the cabinets I fabricated are handcrafted in my shop , one at a time . I use 3/4" pine that I select and assembled using strong halfblind dovetail glued joints . The front panel is made of 3/4" shaped baltic birch and the back panel is 1/4" baltic birch plywood . I use #8 oval head zinc plated wood screws and finish washers for that custom look . All the cabinets I sell are sanded to a 220 grit when they are mailed off to you the buyer . Please note : will need more sanding and prep work prior to a natural finish .
