More Clearance - RCV Compatible
- The lower cup is machined with a recessed flat, increasing clearance with the axle shafts/RCV by a significant 0.205 inches.
- Double-ended upper stud to account for variances between knuckle & inner C castings, eliminating the need for weaker telescoping shanks used in traditional ball joints.
Adjustable Axial Load (AAL)
- Allows customers to adjust steering firmness by modifying torque values on the top nylock of upper/lower assemblies.
Easier Assembly
- Dual double-ended studs for easier installation into the outer knuckle with lower nylocks fully seated into the tapers, then slid onto the inner C from below.
- Hex pockets in each stud for easier torquing of lower nylock nuts.
