All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards and debit cards. Please message us for details if needed.

Over the past 10 years, we have shipped products worldwide safely and efficiently. Our shipping prices and courier contracts are continuously reviewed to ensure we offer the most efficient delivery method.

You may be liable for import duties if your delivery address is outside the UK. They may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country and are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Individual country customs policies vary. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs inspections may also apply to international shipments.

After your order has been accepted, we will do our best to deliver the goods as soon as possible. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a delay with your order.

UK shipping usually arrives the next day, but please allow two to three days. You should receive an email from our carrier with tracking information once your order is being prepared for shipping if you provided us with an email address.

If you are aware of any order shortages or carrier damage, please notify our customer service department as soon as possible. We may not be able to help process your claim if more than five days have elapsed.

Please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.

All returns must be packaged well, accompanied by a picture of the package and your name, address, order reference, as well as the reason for return. We cannot be responsible for damaged or undeliverable parcels. We will not be able to accept the return request in this case. Keep your proof of postage in case your carrier needs to make a claim.

Payment

• In the case of cash sales payment becomes due upon the date of the invoice. The customer shall be liable to pay interest on any payment that is overdue at the base rate for the time being of Lloyds Bank plus 2 per cent.

Credit Account

• Where it is agreed that a customer shall be allowed credit for a particular order Falcon Turbo Developments LTD (later as FTD LTD) will raise an invoice for goods supplied pursuant to that order. The customer shall pay the whole sum due under the invoice not later than 10 business days.

Exchange product

Falcon Turbo Developments LTD will not accept old units for exchange unless they meet the following specifications
• The unit must be complete and not dismantled in any way
• The unit must not have suffered accidental or deliberate damage.

Surcharge

• Where it is agreed at the time of sale that an old unit will form part of the consideration provided by the customer and the old unit is not provided by the customer to FTD LTD at the time of sale a surcharge shall be payable by the customer. Such surcharge shall be refunded by FTD LTD to the customer provided that the old unit which it is agreed will form part of the consideration is provided by the customer to FTD LTD within 14 days of the sale and provided that such old unit meets the specifications in clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions at the time it is so provided. If customer fails to return exchange unit in 14 days, turbocharger warranty will be voided and refund kept by seller.

Guarantee

• In the event of products manufactured by FTD LTD prove defective during the period of guarantee owing to faulty material or workmanship, FTD LTD shall at its option either supply replacement product or repair such defective products free of charge. If suppliers official report, independent specialist report or any other official report states that turbocharger is not faulty or is faulty due to the installing or engine fault, additional charge for testing or other expenses must be covered by the buyer.
• The period of guarantee is as specified on receipt, and is active from the date of invoice.
• The guarantee is between FTD LTD and customer extending to the first end-user of the initial sale (“first end-user”). In the event that the first end-user sells the vehicle or engine to which the turbocharger provided by Turbocare24 is fitted the benefit of the unexpired part this guarantee does not automatically pass to the new owner.
• FTD LTD shall not be liable under guarantee if the vehicle to which FTD LTD product is fitted is not properly serviced in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.
• FTD LTD shall not be liable under the guarantee if the Standard turbocharger supplied by them and/or the engine of the vehicle to which it is fitted is/are modified to increase power output.
• 1 Stage 2 and 3 Hybrid turbos supplied by FTD LTD must be fitted and remapped and the same time by a proffesional tuning company on rolling road. Vehicle fitted with a hybrid turbo must not be driven before it is mapped, as it will raise exhaust gas temperature and damage turbo/engine.
• 2 Hybrid turbos must be fitted with supporting mods and not exceed recommended specifications.
• FTD LTD shall be liable under the guarantee only if the turbocharger is fitted by professional garage, which could prove their work and parts ordered by sales receipt.
• Warranty doesn't cover turbocharger damage caused by foreign object impact from exhaust or air intake, oil starvation/contamination, overboost or excessive exhaust gas temperature and pressure.
• FTD LTD turbocharger warranty report must be carefully studied and work should be carried according to advised information.
• FTD LTD guarantee does not apply to turbochargers which are used for any form of racing.

Limitation of Liability

• Save as expressly provided herein all representations, conditions, warranties and terms whether express or implied by common law, statute or otherwise, as to quality, condition or fitness for any purpose of the goods supplied by FTD LTD are excluded.
• The receipt of information from the customer and the delivery by FTD LTD of the goods specified in any order does not in any way imply a term that the goods will be suitable for the purposes disclosed.
• In no event shall FTD LTD be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential or other loss or damage of any kind, whether arising out of the contract of sale or the manufacture or fitting or use of goods supplied by them, or howsoever caused, nor for any diminution in the value of other property or components howsoever arising consequent upon or resulting from the use of FTD LTD products.
• Without prejudice to any of the foregoing, the liability of FTD LTD whether arising in contract or in negligence or otherwise shall not in any event include damages for the cost of labour in removing and refitting any turbocharger.
• Without prejudice to any of the foregoing, the liability of FTD LTD whether arising in contract or in negligence or otherwise shall not in any event include damages for loss of use or travel expenses.
• Without prejudice to any of the foregoing, the liability of FTD LTD whether arising in contract or in negligence or otherwise shall not in any event include damages for loss of profit.
• Without prejudice to any of the foregoing, the liability of FTD LTD on any claim for loss or liability arising out of or connected with any order, or manufacture, sale, delivery, resale or use of any goods covered by any such order (including loss or liability arising from breach of contract and/or negligence) shall in no case exceed the unit retail price (ex. VAT) of such goods or parts thereof involved in the claim.
• Without prejudice to any of the foregoing, FTD LTD shall not be liable for personal injury or for damage caused to an engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger where such turbocharger has been fitted to modified engine or if vehicle is used in any form of racing.
• None of the above exclusions or restrictions of FTD LTD liability shall apply to any claim for death or personal injury resulting from their negligence
