The Tincture can be added to water, tea or fruit juice and taken daily

Suggested Use

Usually taken: 1 ml per dose, taken 2-3 times per day, or as directed by a Herbal Practitioner

20 drops from the glass dropper equals approximately 1ml  ,  100ml normally last one month, check with your Herbal Practitioner if you feel you need to be on this for longer than 60 days at a time
