Arii Remote Control Large Monsters Series Ultrasonic Monster Gyaos 1/200 scale remote control plastic model kit
This is an old plastic model that was made by a Japanese plastic model manufacturer called Arii. It can be operated by remote control. This is the monster Gyaos, which appeared as an antagonist of Gamera.
Nowadays, this product is hard to find in Japan.
