unable to provide the option for customers to declare they are eligible VAT
exempt it is important that you make the purchase on the understanding that you

have recently undergone a serious injury or operation, then it is very likely

About Us
We have been trading online since April 2000. We are a small family run business where personal customer care is our priority. Originally we began selling a range of audio accessories but over the years we have moved into the disposable medical supplies sector. We now offer a large range of incontinence products from many leading brands at very competitive prices.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 12 noon or on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Cancelling before you have received your order
Please email us via eBay as soon as you can stating that you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed / dispatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund. If it is too late to stop your order from being dispatched please follow the returns instructions below:
Cancelling after you have received your orderPlease email us via eBay within 30 days of receiving your order. Unless you are cancelling due to an error / fault with the order / goods you will be liable for return postage costs. The goods must be returned in their original unopened condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund will be issued as soon as the goods are received back. If you item arrives in a damaged condition or if the item is incorrect please email us via eBay and we will advise on how to return the item free of charge for a refund or replacement.
