The Yale Smart Home CCTV System allows users to check in from anywhere at any time, for peace of mind that the home is securely protected.
iOS and Android smartphone compatibility provides the capability to receive alert notifications if an event is detected and view live feeds or recorded footage within the app.
End-to-end encryption means video and audio streams can be secured when 'customised encryption' is selected in the Yale View App.
Image masking controls which areas are covered and which are ignored, meaning homeowners can also ensure they are complying with privacy laws and not collecting footage from neighbouring homes. 30 metre night vision, a viewing angle of 60° and full 1080 HD quality ensures clear, crisp and detailed footage around the clock, no matter the weather.
Intelligent detection and search triggers recording when an event is detected, and highlights events within the timeline to pinpoint specific activity, with 1TB of storage available for later viewing.
The weather proof camera with an IP67 rating is ready for all the elements, and simple and easy to install with a quick set up wizard in the app. This wired system is also expandable, with room for further additional cameras to increase the CCTV coverage, including the Yale Smart Home HD1080 Add-on Camera

Terms of Sale
We offer refund subject to following terms.
PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phones Returns Policy
- Your right to cancel an order can be exercised in writing by using the messaging service before the item has shipped.
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- If you have a problem with your order, you must inform us with-in 7 working days of receipt of goods. The buyer has 30 days to return the item back to us. The buyer is to bear the cost of returning unwanted goods.
- If the problem is our own error, we will provide a pre-paid returns label.
- All items must be complete including original packaging, accessories and literature.
- For items that have been opened are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller error, we may deduct up to 50% of the item price based on the condition of the product.
- You order the wrong item, not a problem, do not open it send it back we will issue a refund. The buyer pays the return postage cost.
- It is buyer's responsibility to check all the details before buying. If unsure please talk to us first.

- You may return any new PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone purchased from Trade Lists UK that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or incorrectly advertised, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Trade Lists UK reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee up to 50% of the product sales price based on the condition of the product if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
- Any returned PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or passwords not removed will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee equal to and above 50% of the purchase price based on the condition of the product.
- Trade Lists UK will not accept returns of any PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
- New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
