Vintage General Electric Instant Weather FM/AM/IW Radio Model No. 7-2840B.

Turns on and works for AM FM stations. All I heard on the IR was static but unsure if this is due to my location or not knowing the correct way to tune in. Please see pictures for detailed description. Smoke free home.
