     1. Question. Why are you selling the same product for cheaper. 
         Answer. We are not. Its not the same product for cheaper. Its a different product. We offer the product made from different materials at different prices. They are not the same. For example we offer a soft top made from vinyl, which is the most cost-effective material. We offer vinyl for the lowest price. But no it is not as good as the canvas we offer. The canvas we offer is more expensive because it is a superior product and it costs us more to purchase and to produce. The canvas we use is a 3 layer topping material. The vinyl is only a 2 layer topping. The canvas will last longer, look better and will help with sound in the cabin. Also when purchasing the canvas top you will get a stitched in window (when buying a soft top with a plastic window) Versus a heat-sealed window when purchasing a vinyl top. Please watch the video in our listings to see what that means. We also have 2 grades of canvas. Haartz Stayfast which is made in America and Haartz German which is made in Germany. We purchase these materials and use them to manufacture the soft tops here in the USA. The German canvas tops will cost more and the German canvas is superior to the American canvas.
              
    2. Question. Can you ship to my country, if so how much will it cost? 
        Answer. Most of the time we can ship to your country. If you are able to purchase the product then we are able to ship because your address is linked with your account. If for some reason we are not able to ship you will get a full refund. Please note if you are outside of the USA you will need to pay some sort of customs duties. This is not an additional amount of money we as the seller is charging you. This is your government charging an import fee. We do not know how much it will be because every country is different. Google tariff code 870870 to get an idea. 

    3. Question. Can you ship to a different address. 
        Answer. No sorry we cannot. We must ship to the address you have on your account at the time of purchase, or a customer can claim the item has not arrived. You would need to request a cancelation, get a refund, change your address on your account then repurchase. 

    4. Question. I purchased and paid, why have you not sent me tracking or shipped it out?
        Answer. Please note the ship out times. Although the items will show a quantity in stock it does allow us to set a time frame to give us time to manufacture the product. The listing could be set at 1 day to ship or as much as 30 days to ship. The listing will show an estimated time of delivery. Once shipped you will receive the tracking automatically. If you have not received a tracking that means it has not shipped.
