XY-BLDC is a 200W Three-Phase Hall BLDC Motor Controller. It supports PLC 0-5V analog signal control and PWM to 0-5V control
Input/Output Signal:
1.PWM input signal:The amplitude of PWM is 5V. Recommended PWM frequency is 1KHz-10KHz. Input form ‘PWM’ interface.
2.Analog input signal:Analog signal is 0-5V. User can connect a 10K-100Kohm potentiometer between ‘NA’ and ‘GND’ interface.
3.Forward and reverse control:It needs stop before change the direction of motor rotation.It is strictly forbidden to change the direction during the motor rotation, which will cause damage to the circuit board. Selection of motion state by on board jump cap. It can also be connected with other buttons or control signals.
4.Output 5V voltage from ‘5V’ and ‘GND’ interface.But its maximum output current is about 10mA.
5.Pulse signal output.Its output amplitude is 5V.Each pulse represents one revolution of the motor. It can measure the rotational speed of the motor.
6.Interface J1 : It is used to connect Three-Phase BLDC Motor.
7.Interface J2 : It is used to connect hall sensor from BLDC Motor.
8.Interface J5 : It is used to connect work voltage.
9.Interface J6 : It is used to connect input/output control signal.
10.Interface EN : It is used to start or pause motor work.
11.Interface Z/F : It is used to select motor forward and reverse work.
Use Steps:
1.Connect hall sensor from motor to XY-BLDC and pay attention to the sensor interface sequence.
2.Connect motor Three-Phase wire XY-BLDC and pay attention to the sensor interface sequence.The order must match, otherwise:
2.1.After power on, the motor can't start normally, there is no response or just shakes once.
2.2.The motor vibrates slightly and it is difficult to start. Sometimes it needs manual operation.
2.3.The motor can rotate in one direction, but can't in the other, and some of them have a slight bath sound.
2.4.The motor starts with serious shaking and weak bath sound, and the components are obviously hot.
3.Connect control signal and control switch as require.
4.Connect right work voltage.
5.Test and working!

Note:
1. Due to the light and screen difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures.
