General rule is I can start 2 hours after you've logged off and another 2 hours per pokemon. Once your order is complete, you can log in but not spin any poke stops or catch a pokemon for two hours (this is a cooldown period like if you were travelling too fast)

PLEASE NOTE: It is very important that you do not interact with the account 2 hours prior to service and 2 hour after service. The CP, IV and moveset of the pokemon will be random.
