Beautiful black 1940s women’s suit. This suit is truly stunning! It has a beautiful circle swirl motif design on the front bodice, which also happen to be pockets. The suit jacket is a peplum style jacket that has five covered buttons that open down the front and cuffed sleeves. The skirt has a metal talon zipper on the right side with a button and snap closure. No flaws to note: suit is in excellent vintage condition. (excellent vintage condition means there may be some imperfections, but not enough to consider the garment to have flaws. It is a true vintage piece and therefore should expect wear/imperfections due to age ) I’m not exactly sure on the fabric of the suit, but it feels like it could be a crepe wool fabric.
