History
Because of its wine-like color, early Greek legends associated amethyst with Bacchus, the god of wine. Other legends reflected beliefs that amethyst kept its wearer clear-headed and quick-witted in battle and in business affairs. Because amethyst was associated with wine, it was believed that wearing amethyst prevented drunkeness.
Fine amethysts have been set in religious jewelry and royal crown jewels for ages. It was once considered equal in value to ruby, emerald, and sapphire. It’s no wonder that fine amethyst adorns the fingers of bishops as well as the coronation regalia of British royalty.
Amethyst is the birthstone for February and one of the emblems of the twelve apostles.

Shipping is $4.65 for the first stand and $1.99 for each additional stands ordered. Same discount applies for other pendants ordered. 

Combined Shipping

You can combine shipping between pendant models. eBays shipping calculator does not automatically account for this so you must request a total from your shopping cart or we can send you a refund for your overpayment. The shipping cost will be charged as follows: $4.65 or the highest flat rate for the first pendant and $1.99 to $2.49 for each additional pendant depending on the model(s) you purchase.

Return Policy

• 30 Day return grace period on all mineral specimens.  You may return your item in the condition you received it if you contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
• Contact us for a RMA number before returning item(s).
• The item MUST be returned in its original condition and shipped in the original packaging to receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
• If we receive a return that is not in original condition, you will not receive a full refund. 
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from returns that do not have an RMA number. Contact us through eBay's email system for RMA before returning this item.
• Buyer must pay for shipping on all returns.
• We respond to emails and phone calls between the hours of 12:00 noon and 12:00am EST M-F.

About The Seller

My wife and I became rockhounds  over 20 years ago when we realized how much we enjoyed looking for crystals that we could use or display in our home.  We are intrigued by the metaphysical properties that have been associated with different kinds of minerals as well as their esthetic beauty and collect-ability.  You will find rocks all over in and around our home. We decided to use what we have learned about rocks and combine that with our 30+ years of experience each in the graphic arts (photography and styling) to start selling our specimens here on eBay. We do our very best to portray our specimens as close as possible to how they really look.
