- This sparkling high quality cubic zirconia pendant features a main 2 ct high quality trillion cut CZ stone sized 9 mm (tip to base) set in a prong setting. This piece embellished in luxuriously polished yellow gold with braided detailing and accents including three colored cabochon stones in simulated emerald, simulated ruby and simulated sapphire.

The vintage “Our Secret Jewelers to the Stars” collection is beautifully designed jewelry made of the highest quality cubic zirconia set in either 14K solid gold, 14K gold overlay sterling silver, Sterling Silver coated with rhodium to prevent oxidation (or tarnishing) or 14K gold-filled settings.
What makes this collection so unique . . . different from other collections of today’s diamond imitations or CZs . . . is it’s high quality, color, and cut that are un-matched in other diamond imitations. In the early 1980’s, Anita & Brian Reichenberg, founders of “Our Secret Jewelers to the Stars” were lauded for creating man made gems from superior formulas. These stones are equivalent to an E color diamond and are internally flawless. Their diamond imitations were made with the original Russian CZ formula, known to be superior to any other. They also mastered the creation of synthetic colored stones that were created in Switzerland. These colored stones were reported to be just as hard and made of similar material as real stones. Now, nearly 40 years later, the brilliance and fire of all of these stones is testimony to their craftsmanship and longevity. Without question, they are likely to last hundreds of years without discoloration!
In addition to Anita Reichenberg’s work being recognized and published in the Gemological Institute of America’s (GIA) (Spring 1990) journal as an example of the world’s finest faux gems, she was also recognized for her creative artistry, exceptional design visions and ability of these stones to fool expert jewelers as mentioned in stories in the Wall Street Journal (June 1988) and Forbes (April 1990). As a result, “Our Secret” creations became a popular accessory worn by connoisseurs of fine jewelry, celebrities and socialites. Renowned actress Joan Collins, known for her exceptional collection and love of fine jewelry and actress Linda Evans, stars of the 1980’s Dynasty TV Show, were known to wear the collection both in their professional and personal lives.
