John Whitcomb Bayley FRS FSA (29 May 1787 – 25 March 1869) was an English antiquary. Bayley's History and Antiquities of the Tower of London appeared in two parts in 1821–5, and an abridgment was published in 1830.

PROVENANCE:  Published by Jennings and Chaplin, 1830.

CONDITION: Good. Please check the scan for any blemishes prior to making your purchase. Virtually all antiquarian paper is subject to some normal ageing due to use and time which is not significant unless otherwise stated. Complete.  Rebound retaining contemporary boards and spine label. Binding firm. Not ex-library. One small owners signature on FFEP dated 1836. Minimal age toning.
