How long does delivery take?
UK Standard Delivery - Once your order has been fulfilled, it is shipped First Class and should arrive within 1 to 2 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery - Once your order has been fulfilled, it is shipped UPS Next Day and should arrive the next working day.
Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped same day.
What happens if I want to return an item?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unuséd and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that items purchased in bundles or sets must be returned as a bundle/set for a refund. We are unable to offer part-refunds on these items.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
