We require immediate payment through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, we do accept checks, but you will have to email us so that we can adjust the listing to allow you to pay with an alternative means. We can also allow you to pay later but we have to manually change the listing to allow you to pay later. Just email us and we will accommodate your payment needs. We don't allow best offer on most items but if you contact us we may be able to give you a better price.
Items are shipped within 1 business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or US federal holidays. Most of our shipping is through USPS priority mail or first class depending on the weight of the item. Some items may ship the same day, but anything sold in the afternoon or evening will go out the next day. We gladly ship worldwide and do not exclude any countries from purchasing our products.

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you can return it for a refund. If there is an error in the listing, we will send you a return shipping label; but if the item was properly described, you will pay the return shipping. Please give us a chance to correct a problem before leaving feedback on eBay. We try very hard to make sure our listings are correct, but sometimes we make mistakes and will happily work with you to reach a solution to your issue. To return an item: 1. Go to your Purchase History in my eBay; 2. Request a return under "more actions"; 3. We will email you a shipping label to return the item; 4. Attach the shipping label to your package; 5. Mail the item back to us. We will receive notice from eBay that your item is enroute and will refund your paypal account upon receipt of the item.
