**Step 2:** Send your iPad along with a note containing your eBay ID to Cellular Solutions at 1311 W. Roseburg Ave, Modesto, CA 95350. Don't forget to message us on eBay with your tracking number #.

**Step 3:** Once we receive your device, our skilled technicians will promptly repair it. Expect your device to be fixed and shipped back within 1 or 2 business days. We'll notify you with the return tracking number once it's ready to be shipped back to you.

We're dedicated to fixing your device. However, if it's unrepairable, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.

We stand by our repairs with a 90-day warranty. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Please note that any physical or liquid damage will void the 90-day warranty.
