On this night, Chicago Blackhawks HOF Great CHRIS CHELIOS would record 2 Goals in a 5-3 loss to the Blues.      

Chris Chelios signed the ticket in blue sharpie "Chris Chelios 7" and added the inscription "2 Goals 4/20/1992"   

Full Ticket is in Nmt/Ex+ condition....signature and inscription are MINT !!!
