● Use Tips:
1. Appropriately reduce the cutting speed and feed rate, which can prolong the service life of the milling cutter.
2. When working, it is necessary to add cutting fluid to protect the knife edge, so that the cutting is smoother.
3. When the oxide film or other hardened layer remains on the surface of the workpiece, it can be cleared by up-milling.
4. Before using the tool, please measure the tool deflection accuracy. When the tool deflection accuracy exceeds 0.01mm, please correct it before cutting.
5. The shorter the length of the tool protruding from the chuck, the better. If the tool protrudes longer, the rotation speed, feed speed or cutting amount should be reduced.
6. During cutting, if abnormal vibration or noise occurs, please reduce the speed and cutting volume until the situation improves.
7. The cooling of steel is preferably spray cooling or jet cooling, which can improve the use effect of the milling cutter.
