A 75cm steel plate griddle built to keep service moving.
Runs from two 13A plugs, allowing you to use one side or both depending on demand.
The 75cm x 45cm mild steel cooking surface distributes heat evenly, supporting consistent results across the plate.
Well suited to cafés, takeaways, food trailers and general kitchen setups.
Temperature control ranges from 0–300°C with thermostatic regulation for stable cooking. Indicator lights show when the unit is powered and heating.
A removable fat drainage drawer allows for easy cleaning, while the stainless steel body with splashback helps keep the working area clean.

We will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a registered engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided in such a case.
Under UK and Irish law the appliance must be fitted by a registered engineer. Failure to have the appliance fitted by a registered engineer is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.
