I bought several NASCAR Wheels for an arcade machine controls project. I did not use all of the wheels and have a couple of these wheels listed on eBay. You could use this wheel as is or you might want to just use the pots or boards to interface with your particular project.

This wheel appears like new and was in the original plastic bag (the suction cups were previous installed by someone). I tested the wheel with the Logitech Gaming Software and everything was operational. You will need to find the vintage software on the web that supports this item, I was able to find both 32 and 64 bit software that worked with Windows XP and Windows 10.
