The Infernus ING-12020GG heavy-duty gas griddle is the ultimate tool for culinary professionals who demand exceptional performance, versatility, and safety. It features a 20mm thick stainless steel plate that aids in maintaining temperatures in busy kitchens, and an robust and resilient stainless steel structure, making it a reliable workhorse for years to come.  Equipped with powerful steel horseshoe/U-shape burners, this griddle delivers consistent & evenly distributed heat, and the separate manual burner controls allow for precise temperature adjustment.

Four adjustable heavy-duty legs provide stability, ensuring a level cooking surface for optimal results. Piezo ignition ensures easy starting, and thermocouple & safety valves guarantee safety and convenience.

Please note: This unit does not come with any gas hoses, fittings or regulators. These must be supplied by yourselves or your GAS SAFE engineer when the unit is commissioned for the first time.

IMPORTANT - Gas appliances MUST be installed by a qualified GAS SAFE electrician. Incorrect compliance to current installation legislation will lead to invalidation of warranty. Proof of this will be required in the event of a claim. 


We will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a GAS SAFE registered engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided in such a case.


Under UK and Irish law the appliance must be fitted by a registered GAS SAFE engineer. Failure to have the appliance fitted by a registered GAS SAFE engineer is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.
