Here we have a nicely made Silhouette depicting a Witch standing on scissors.
This is made from cut out paper and stuck to another sheet of paper.
This is titled and signed however I find it hard to decypher the text, signature is possibly Simons, 1921.
A couple of small tears to the scissors likely done when making the artwork otherwise all in good order.
