Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and all being well should arrive within two to three days after dispatch, depending on the shipping service chosen.
On bespoke custom fabricated items (Roller Shutters, Grilles, Spikes etc) these are typically dispatched within 10-15 working days from sign-off, once being fully manufactured.
We offer a standard 14-day return policy, but this does not include any bespoke manufactured items which are then no longer required, this may include but is not limited to; Roller Shutters, Grilles & Security Doors.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
