The life of every handmade Christmas bauble starts in a blower room, i.e. a hall with a very high temperature. It is here where glass heated in about 650°C becomes malleable and a qualified blower can create any shape of the Christmas decoration. After it is cooled down the process of silvering the products takes place. The next stage is to give it a colour consistent with the  orders. The final effect of a beautiful glass decoration is created in the decoration room. This is where real artists work, who, thanks to their skills, transfer even the most unusual and complicated patterns to baubles. From there, they already go to the packaging plant and to the target audience.

The glass blowers use these burners to heat up the glass tubes. At the temperature of 650 degrees the glass starts to be flexible and only then the qualified worker is able to create any shape.

When the blown bauble is cooled down the process of silvering the ball begins. To achieve the mirror effect the baubles are moved to another department to be injected with nitrate of silver.

Next, already silvered baubles are ready to be moved to Decorating Department where talented decorators can transfer anything onto the baubles.
