BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE: Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches, rinse and dry them carefully. Then store them in a dry place. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths or metal pads. Immediately remove residues of salt (NaCl), lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. If you use a dishwasher, make sure that the treatment involves perfect drying and polishing and if not, do it manually. The knife blades are made of hardened martensitic 420 stainless steel which ensures long-lasting sharpness but makes the material more sensitive to corrosive attacks. It is essential to carry out MODO maintenance, washing and drying the knives immediately after use.
