Adidas use the classic AS Roma Lupetto crest, possibly in a modernized version with a tricolor border (the render has the original old Lupetto, we created a modernized version with a tricolor border). The AS Roma Lupetto crest has been the official logo of AS Roma from 1979 until 1997. In addition to the classic logo, Adidas combine the Roma 2023-2024 third kit with tricolor 3 stripes, inspired by the famous Lollipop kit of 1978-79. The sleeve cuffs also come with a special design, rounding off the unique look. The AS Roma 1979-1980 ‘lollipop’ (or ‘ghiacciolo’) kit was designed by Piero Gratton, who passed away in 2020. It is still one of the most iconic kits in Italy today. Roma's "revolutionary President of the time, Gaetano Anzalone, made waves by introducing a radical new kit (and logo) at a time when marketing of kits in Italy was unheard of".
