Figures are in excellent condition in original packages.  The card on the back of the Rocky package has been removed, but the figure is in no danger of falling out of the package and is in great shape.  Both packages have wear in the form of bends, creases, edge wear, tears, and card separation.  Figures are 4.5"-5" tall.  Rocky is dated 1997.  Stone Cold is dated 1999.
